Wilful and Obscene Exposure - Frankston - 15 March 2011

At about 3.00pm on Tuesday 15 March 2011, a man was seen loitering around bathing boxes on Frankston beach near Gould Street.

The man allegedly exposed himself and masturbated in front of two women on the beach.

The man is described as being approx 25-30yo, Caucasian, with dark spiky hair. He was wearing dark shorts, dark t-shirt or singlet and white cotton gloves.
Police have released images of a man whom they believe may be able to assist them in their enquiries.
